FAQ’S

Q: WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE HELD?

A: All sessions are on-location which means they can be scheduled for any location you choose. It is important that the location is open to the public and adequate natural light is available. Most clients prefer the session be held in their home especially for newborn sessions. If you would like help picking a location please let me know.

Q: WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE SESSION & CD?

A: The Client is required to pay the whole amount for the session and CD the day of the session. There will be no refunds once photographed.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY CD?

A: 2-3 weeks depending on how backed up and busy I am. I will always let you know a better estimate of when they will be done the day of the session. And will keep you up to date on the status of the photos. In the mean time I will post some images on my FAN page (Facebook) for you to view while you wait :o)

Q: WILL MY PHOTOS BE WATERMARKED?

A: No! The only time images are watermarked are for use online such as the Photographs Favorites posted in my Blog or Fan page. This is to protect both the photographer and client from image theft.

Q: WHAT IF I DON’T WANT MY IMAGES POSTED ON YOUR FAN PAGE /BLOG SITE?

A: Just let me know a head of time and I won’t post them :o)

Q: ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER?

A: No I’m not a professional photographer and don’t clam to be. I have a huge passion/love for photography and try to be as professional as I can. I’m learning new things everyday and growing so much day by day. I hope to be that “professional” photographer one day :o) Not every single picture is going to be perfect, but I will try to make it as close to perfect as I can.

Q: WILL I GET EVERY IMAGE YOU TAKE?

A: No, depending on what package you got you will get that number of edited images. I don’t offer a cd with EVERY image, simply because I may take 200 pictures in an hour, I don’t have time to set and edit that many photos. I will give you all of the best images and promise not to throw out any good images. Most of the time I will give you more images then my packages say :o)

Q: DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

A: I have a NO REFUND policy once the session/event has been photographed.

Q: HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

A: I can travel up to 30 miles from Rockledge/Viera, FL…. For each mile over 30 please add an additional .50 per mile, each way. Please use mapquest for distance.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

A: Yes, although please note that your session payment must be paid in full before day of session.

Q: WHAT IF MY CHILD IS FUSSY AND NOT COOPERATING?
A: As a mommy I understand all children get fussy, if we need too I will be more then happy to re-schedule. :o)

CLIENTS USAGE: The Client is obtaining prints and/or a disc off all the images for personal use only, and shall not sell, nor is permission granted for contest entry without permission from Chauntae Johnson. The Client will have unlimited printing permission with the Print Release form. Please understand editing the pictures & getting them on a disc may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please be patient & understand that I will do my best to get them to you as quickly as possible. However in the mean time, I will try to post a few of my favorites to my fan page so you can view them. If you use them for your facebook profile, please do NOT crop the image and please do NOT re-edit images.
